Doing Your Research.

Each pure-bred dog was designed to perform a specific function for man. Some were bred to herd, some to guard and some just to be cuddled.  It is very important that you carefully research the breed you are interested in before you decide.

Meeting and Playing!

This is a fun part.  You'll get a chance to play and interact with your possible new companion in our puppy playroom.  This is where your Pet Pad Consultant will answer any questions you might have as well as going over the initial vet exam results with you.  We want you to know everything about the puppy that we do.  No surprises.

The Puppy Might Be "On Hold"

Sometimes a puppy may become a finicky eater.  We want to send them home with a robust appetite.  So a puppy might be placed on hold until it increases to a target weight.  If you are driving to the store from a distance, please call ahead to make sure the puppy you are interested in is ready to go home.

Time to Go Over the Guarantee

Okay..there's always some paperwork. Your Pet Pad Consultant will explain the puppy guarantee to you and let you read it over before you make your decision to purchase.  Also, we will have you read our "Things to Consider" booklet.  In this booklet are some important things to think about before making the commitment to buy and care for a puppy.

Picking Out Your Puppy Supplies.

Back to the fun.  Your puppy will need some important items such as toys, food and a kennel.  Your Pet Pad Consultant will help advise you in what  your particular puppy will need.  And remember that the first bag of puppy food is free, as is the training DVD.  And all other supplies are 10% off at the time you purchase the puppy.

Time to Take Your New Puppy Home!

Congratulations..you're on your way home with your new little companion. Your Pet Pad Consultant will call you within 3 days to see how things are going.  If you have any questions, please give us a call.

You can now Reserve the Puppy you want before it arrives!

If you see the puppy you want on our arriving list, you can reserve that puppy by putting a refundable deposit down.  Once the puppy comes in, you can then decide if you still want to take it home.  If not, you get your deposit back.
